- RPRenee Pastorius1 day ago4.0The Best Western provided what we needed. Unfortunately, you have to go to the front desk to get a special key and "sign up" for a time to use the hot tub/ pool. I'm sure they have their reasons, but we are adults and it's not covid anymore. Please allow guests to not feel micromanaged. The fitness area needs some updating and cleaning. Thank you

Clean, affordable, friendly staff, clean pool and hot tub area without heavy chlorine or chemical smells, inclusive staff. I will stay here again if I need a night in CU again!
