  Clean, well-appointed room. Friendly, efficient service. Good breakfast. Welcoming appearance, and the coffee station was a pleasant bonus.

  Stayed here for almost 2 consecutive weeks, never bothered to change sheets or put in fresh towels. Every night my guys had to go down to front desk to get them. I had 2 rooms for 10-12 days. The answer to not accommodating us was they were all booked and their laundry lady didn’t work all week. For being a platinum member and staying at holiday inns all across the mid west, this was by far my worst experience.

  Arrived 15 hours into drive home from Florida. We get there, the elevator is out of order. Ok, whatever, things happen. Every room on the first floor was taken despite the place being 1/3 full at most. Front desk puts us on the 3rd floor for no reason, making us lug suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. We make it up, then in one of our two rooms the TV doesn’t work. Call down to the front desk, they say someone is on the way. Have to call back down 45 minutes later, but she was “busy”. I’d rather sleep in my car in the middle of winter than stay here again. That’s how bad the experience was.

  I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Chynna and James made sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during a terrible winter storm in the area. Will definitely always stay here when in the area. 5 star hospitality all around.
