  Have been in quite a few hotels over the years and, have to say, there is a reason I keep coming back to IHG - however, the Rosemont, O’Hare location In particular. Outstanding front desk service (Ingrid, Lena, Reema, Vidi - as well as night staff unnamed) Todd and Jose as managers, and Donell via maintenance. Clean rooms, updated appliances and the best of both worlds. Special thanks to Jaqueline, Dixie, and Maria for helping keep my room clean. They have fresh breakfast included, parking available, Land & Lake Restaurant inside with great deals! Thank you to all of this hotel for my comfortable stay! 🌻

  Only minor grievance is the fitness area needs a good dusting amd wipe down. I absolutely love my penthouse, seeing the sun come in in the morning with the big windows is beautiful. One more to add since I checked out today. I will commend the gentleman at the front desk who, with what seemed to be an unforeseen circumstance of water being shut off right before I was going to take shower with a face mask and shower cap🤦🏾‍♀️, provided some assistance after maintenance came in my room to confirm that water was indeed off. I was given access to another room to shower. Yes, I needed to shower because I worked out earlier. Anyways, took a shower as best I could and given a later check out. Penthouse still sweet, would still recommend.

  Very good hotel. Staff very friendly. For the same price of all around hotels, in the room you have fridge, microwave, small kitchen. Good location

  Our family had an outstanding stay at Staybridge Suites Chicago O’Hare - Rosemont, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received from Hotel Manager Jose Rivera and Front Desk Attendant Lena. Traveling with my wife and our three young children is never simple, but Jose and Lena went far beyond what is expected to make our stay comfortable, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they showed remarkable care, patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every interaction reflected a sincere desire to help and to ensure our family felt welcomed and supported. Jose’s leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire property — thoughtful, proactive, and deeply guest-focused. Lena was equally impressive at the front desk: warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to our needs, especially with young children in tow. Together, they delivered what I can only describe as world-class service. It’s rare to encounter hospitality professionals who combine efficiency with such genuine kindness. We left feeling not only impressed, but truly grateful. Their efforts made a meaningful difference for our family, and it did not go unnoticed. Jose Rivera and Lena are absolute assets to this hotel and to the Staybridge Suites brand. Their leadership, care, and dedication are exactly what any organization should be proud to showcase. We would return without hesitation — and we sincerely thank them for making our stay such a positive and memorable experience. Highly recommended.
