The rooms are fairly newly renovated, beds were comfortable, everything was clean, though the bathrooms themselves didn't seem much improved to match the room but that's a minor point. The front desk service was on point, from check-in to check-out. We had a minor issue that was resolved to our satisfaction (shout-out to Andres!). Location was good, with easy access to the freeways and with quite a few places within walking distance. Also only 5 5 minutes from the rental car center and 10-15 minutes to O'Hare itself, with frequent (free) shuttle runs to the terminals. We will definitely stay here next time we need to stay near the airport.

Holiday inn has to pay a very expensive resturant for a nice breakfast. Back to the parking, there is free parking for handicap card holders
