- MMMJ6 days ago2.0I used my IHG points on this stay and still feel like I overpaid. The walls are apparently made of paper thin material because we could hear everything in the rooms around us. The dog barking, the little girl next door, the family across the halls full conversation and others. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am! There's this thing called checkout, so you can tell when persons have left their rooms. Then, you can clean them. This hotel does not believe in this practice. They charged $20 for parking and there is no reason for this other than greed! It felt cheap because it was. I spent 1 night here and it was 1 night too many!

Pool, gym, specious rooms, an amazing restaurant (Lake and Land), friendly and attentive staff and prime location for outside of the city. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable 🌻

The shuttle driver, Mr. Sarge (apologies - I’m slightly off on the spelling), was extremely kind and welcoming. At the front desk, Mr. Khan was equally impressive. He was very helpful, coordinated my shuttle drop-off to ORD the next morning, and even provided complimentary breakfast, which was not included in the room I booked. That level of service really stood out. The room itself was clean and neat - nothing fancy, but exactly what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn and more than sufficient for a one-night stay. Overall, highly satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for airport stays.
