We utilized this location for parking services at O’Hare & they were supposed to do pickups on the 15 & 45. After 2 calls and waiting for over 45 minutes, we are finally picked up. Don’t trust timing on their complimentary shuttle service.

I had an incredibly stressful experience when United Airlines refused to check me in because they insisted on a printed copy of my visa—even though they had verified my digital copy. I was traveling for a wedding the next day and couldn’t afford to miss my flight.
Thanks to the amazing front desk staff at Hilton, especially Anaise, I was able to print the document quickly. She went above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to. If it wasn’t for her kindness and efficiency, I would have missed my flight entirely.
Hilton didn’t provide a room— but they provided peace of mind and saved my trip. I’m truly grateful and will never forget this experience. Highly recommend Hilton for their outstanding customer service.

Steven from HGV - he was amazing and his customer service was top notch!! Cici has a warm spirit and her customer service was great. Julio from the Liberty Tavern was great. He was attentive and helpful when I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order.
Overall, my day was amazing. It was cold outside, but very warm inside. Thank you.

I checked into Hilton with a couple friends for a convention. Figuring Hilton, going to be decent and comfortable. First off the rooms were very tiny, secondly, no mini fridge, thirdly, parking is $40 a day. The bed pillows were the type that THREE stacked up, MIGHT equal one regular pillow overall. Staff was polite, I'll give that. BUT, to my horror, we were paying a much higher rate Thursday through Saturday over convention rate as expected, over $500 a night! So no, I'll never stay there again , had to park a Bataan Death March away to get a more affordable $15 a day parking.

Great experience here for the night. Super impressed with the size of the property and the rooms. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Room was not cooling down but I was so tied that I just fell asleep. I would have preferred a much cooler room but it was fine. Everything worked in the room. Front desk staff was nice and pickup from airport Terminal 2 Door C was a breeze.
