BUT the highlight of the place was Mary, the hostess at Liberty Tavern on the premises who was SO nice and hospitable she made every breakfast something I looked forward to. When you're on road solo for business, people like Mary make all the difference. Thanks, Mary!

Once it is updated it will be a fantastic property in the Rosemont/ORD Area. I have nothing but nice things to say about the guys at the desk, Gino and Omar, and the bartender (I forget his name). There was a minor issue with my stay that I called to correct with the Hilton Diamond Desk, and I received a follow up from Tara at the hotel the following day. They have been great to work with and I will definitely consider this Hilton property for my future stays.

Steven McPhee (I think that's right) at the front of the house gave me his phone charger so that I could get done work done. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and fun. Easy shuttle ride to and from the airport.

No lounge, no regular restaurant for breakfast (just Starbucks) and it’s a bit more like a Hilton Garden Inn here than a full service hotel. In a major conference area - it could be better. It’s just functional (not sure about the WiFi though). I recommend the Hyatt across the street.

Greeting people in a friendly manner sets a good tone making you feel like you want to come back. I felt like walking in and then walking right out. Other than that all is always well!
