    The hotel is slightly old but service is good there, they are renovating so I’m sure it’ll get better soon. The rooms are clean and comfy. Got a great offer with Hilton Grand Vacations, with the friendly Ashur - make sure to stop by if he’s around :)

    I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service provided by the staff at the Hilton, especially by a specific “manager” Areanna. Now, I understand their were technical issues with the system “nation wide” as she stated. However, to be told multiple times of a payment issue when room was paid for and confirmed was wrong. Me and my husband were come straight from work to participate in an event for church. We completely felt judged by appearance and then when t liking her errors she denied her accusations. Now, I know customer service is not the easiest but honestly the way she is representing the Hilton is sad. I do hope that she does not treat someone in that matter again, as I stated it is a poor representation for the Hilton.

    As someone who was simply looking forward to a short getaway and a relaxing stay, I was extremely disappointed by the treatment I received at this hotel. Instead of being welcomed as a paying guest, I felt judged from the moment I approached the front desk. Whether it was because of my appearance, the way I dress, or something else, the interaction felt discriminatory and deeply unprofessional. Our room had already been prepaid prior to arrival. The funds were clearly withdrawn from my account, and I had confirmation and receipts readily available. All that was required was to present identification in order to access the digital key for a room that had already been booked and paid for. The manager on duty, Arenna, was assisting us at the front desk. When we explained that the reservation was confirmed and paid in full, her immediate response was, “There was a payment problem.” This statement was repeated multiple times without any clear explanation or attempt to investigate further. Despite my providing proof of payment, there was no effort to clarify the situation in a respectful or solution oriented manner. It was only after other members of my family approached to ask what was happening that the explanation suddenly changed to, “It could also be other things causing this issue.” This inconsistency only added to the confusion and frustration. The lack of accountability and basic customer service was unacceptable. What should have been a simple check-in process turned into an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience. Guests deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness, especially when they have fulfilled their financial obligations in advance. Unfortunately, this experience reflected the opposite. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other guest is made to feel unwelcome or unfairly treated in the future.

    We stayed here for the weekend. Everything was great! The restaurant was great! Ashur was awesome! He really helped us and was very knowledgeable in helping us pick a vacation package.     Daniel greeted me immediately, very friendly, explained all the who, what, where, whens, and whys perfectly, and paid attention and detail to our questions. I originally received 2nd floor, I had asked if there was anything available in the higher levels. 8,9,10 " Yes Sir no problem." and he set me up with a upgraded room on 9. He even texted me about 20 after check in to be sure room was as expected. ***"Daniel Thank you! On our ( few and very far between) date night out! You put that CHERRY ON TOP for us. Extra Special! Not only Daniel, but the whole staff where just as courteous, friendly & helpful and always present. We will visit Hilton again. Hiltons customer service went beyond our expectations.
