    Stayed after flight delay. The shuttle driver Eddie was fantastic. Middle of the night, friendly and informative. Such a pleasure after 15 hours of flight delays and travel.

    The building itself was nice and so were the amenities. However, our entire floor reeked of marijuana all night long to the point it was something we smelled through our door. When I first told the front desk, Eli I believe, she rolled her eyes at me and was genuinely annoyed that I had said something. My husband is a military member and I was concerned for his well being because if it gets in his system and tests positive he could get dishonorably discharged. I didn’t appreciate that attitude that was given to me then or for the rest of the night whenever she saw us. I would have appreciated at least an offer to change our floors to get away from the smell but all she did was spray Lysol which did not eliminate the stench. If you are a military member I would highly suggest looking for another place before settling here.

    One of the nicest Hampton Inn we've ever stayed at. Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff, especially the guy in the evening at the front desk. Outside firepit in the evening. Great bar. Very quiet rooms!! Great!! And the free shuttle to the airport is awesome.

    I stayed here due to a classic United flight debacle that left me stranded overnight in Chicago. First I called the line for the DoubleTree, and that was way too expensive (and they wouldn't price-match with Brek.com...not even sure what game those third party sites are able to play), and the DoubleTree doesn't have breakfast included, BUT the gal on the phone was super helpful and suggested I stay at the Hampton Inn, one of their "sister hotels," which does have breakfast and is much more affordable. It also has a free shuttle to and from the airport. Sweet! Given the affordability, I was skeptical, but this hotel is updated, clean, well-lit, comfortable, has a hot breakfast with THREE waffle makers, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Hampton Inn for the win!

    They have a shuttle service to the airport, so that was quite handy. They also give complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy as I didn’t have mine. The breakfast is served at 6:00 and it’s your typical hotel breakfast, so nothing fancy. Overall I would recommend this place
