- TTToriNov 10, 20251.0Our flight has been canceled for a few days and we needed to do some laundry. The guy at the front desk was very polite at first. He advised me that they had a very busy night and did not have any change for a $20.00 bill. So we had to ask people around us to see if they would help me with with change. I got to the 5th floor where the laundry room is located and I used the washer in the middle. I noticed that half of my clothes were still dry after 15 minutes and the clothes were already rinsing. So I call the front desk to see if he could just give me some more quarters because “THEIR” washer machine was not working. He told me he did not have change for a $10.00 bill but suggested that I could walk across the street to 7 Eleven and get change there. I told him that all of my clothes including jacket is in the washer. Mind you, it's snowing and it's 31 degrees out. I also told him that the its a inconvience to me as a customer. I was not aware that the washer was out of service, I was never even offered a refund for the washer that was not working properly or did I ask. Instead, I was told I was being rude after becoming frustrated that I was advised to walk across the street for change instead of being accommodated due to issues with their machine. I was yelled at in front of customers and he lacked customer service. Why offer a service to people if in the event there's issues with it your not able to help them. Makes no sense to me. If you use the washer machines be aware that if it breaks down or don't work this hotel doesn't care or resolve the issue. Stay where your money and time is valued and respected.

There are great food options right across the street for an easy walk. I only heard one plane in the early evening and after that, it was very quiet.
