  Rosemont theater across the street. Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Large spacious room. Very quiet and peaceful. Restaurant located on premises. Lots to do nearby. Conference rooms. Pool, work out room.

  After a couple days of missed flights/missing luggage. We ended up staying a night at this hotel before driving to our final destination. It was perfect! Great sleep, staff provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste, breakfast made us feel like human beings again. Thank you!

  Nice evening reception. Delicious breakfast. Made to order omelets. Rooms spacious. 3 sinks! Across from the convention center where you can catch a free shuttle to the Fashion Outlet mall.

  UPDATE - was contacted by someone last week via email. Said they were working on getting new mattresses for the sofa beds. Wanted to know what they could do to make it right. I have responded back to them twice and have now gotten no reply. Obviously they are not wanting to make it right. I simply asked for possibly a comp day or so on a future stay at a Hilton property whatever they thought was fair but again I think they had no intentions of making this "right" Since after two emails to them I have gotten no reply back. Shame on you. The rooms here are terrible. Unfortunately this will be my last stay at any embassy suites if this is the way they are all set up. It's a two room suite with a pullout couch in the front room. But the doors have got glass in them and massive bright lights come shining through all night long they don't cut the hallway lights down at all and there are no shades to shut so it is pretty ridiculous to call this an area where you can sleep when you can't shut out the massive light shining into the glass doors. Also the way this hotel is set up every room is facing that center courtyard everything echoes in the super loud no matter which area you go to. I thought maybe it was where our room was located but no I walked up and down different hallways same echo same noise from that inner courtyard that's open in the center. Very disappointing and not a relaxing Stay at all. Rooms are outdated carpets are torn bathtub was messed up had to call maintenance to fix, not enough towels and washcloths for the three people I said would be in the room, was only set up for two people etc.

  4⭐️ We got delayed for a day in Chicago 😒👎🏾 But the Embassy Suites has a shuttle from the airport for free, so they were the clear choice. The rooms were pet friendly, and really good size. I just hated the double door entrance to the rooms, that was it though. The staff was nice. They give free drink vouchers, and it is a stiff pour! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!
