They quickly helped me get WiFi, parking validation and info on where I needed to be setup. It was easy to get in and out which is always a plus with all of my equipment and props!

There was cocktail hour with cheese and snacks nightly for guests. Best stay in a while. My job usually picks Hampton Inn but they are more miss than hit!

I dont know when it became a part of training to "toss random items into the pool" as the security officer unashamedly stated that he does it "all the time"...but im very concerned with the sanitation and security of this establishment. A paying guest has damaged property and requested to speak with management over the course of 3 days however no one has tried to reach out to rectify the situation yet. This is highly unacceptable, Embassy suites needs to do better.

Feels very unsafe to me but the thing that really gets me is the stupid tiny pillows!!! Why??!! For the price of rooms these pullows are absolutely horrible!!! Tiny couch pillows instead of even standard size. I usually dont mind Embassy suites but I will never retjrn to a hotel that purposley sacrafices a customera comfort to save themselves money. Lets not even talk about the towels! Its like drying off with sand paper, using some softener gkes a LONG way my friends.
