Professional staff with front desk always welcoming with a smile and efficient checkin and checkout. Shout out to Naomi and Yesenia for their incredible hospitality and making sense of chaos around the “furry” convention that was in town. Absolute true ambassadors for the Hilton brand. Checkout shopping at nearby Rosemont outlets and the cluster of restaurants at the square/park adjacent to the hotel, or just get a premium steakhouse experience at Gibsons.
