    My review of my experience is as follows. I was about to book this hotel for my US trip, good ratings etc, - but then heard about how staff couldn't even be bothered to review CCTV footage at the request of a mother missing her daughter. It only got reviewed many hours later after the mother got police involved and kicked up enough stink by knocking on hotel doors asking people about her poor missing daughter. The daughter had wondered into an open freezer and got stuck in there and died within hours. If they had only reviewed CCTV when the mother asked, the outcome may have been different. That is terrible! And we have decided we cannot stay at such an uncaring hotel. What is the point of CCTV if you won't use it!? So our experience is ... was going to book ... found out this ... will not do so now. Thank goodness for YouTube!

    Room was great. Place super cute. Parking can get a little hard but everything was great The staff super frendly and Solomon was super nice and attentive in the breakfast area. Overall recommended.

    I’ve been a guest for the week in the Crown Plaza hotel and everything has been excellent. Clean rooms and excellent buffet. The restaurant staff very attentive and helpful. Salomon always taken care of us while having breakfast and always on the look out and attentive. Thank you so much Crown Plaza hotel we will see you soon ! 🙏🙏

    Couldn't find a luggage cart anywhere.when asked about it was told they was out of them.ok whatever.the elevators sounded as if they was ready to snap their pull cables not to mention so slow to get to any floor.the elevator button panels was hanging off the wall with wires exposed..there was railing down the hallways literally being held on by tape.i was informed by the staff that the pool was off limits due in part of there being a convention.parking was terrible.after booking a reservation on line had to pay additional fees at the desk by an individual who could barely speak English.

    Our reservation was booked back in Spring of 2025 for a checkin date of October 2025. The reservation included breakfast for both nights. We did not receive ANY instruction or information on how to redeem this until I realized that we had received our breakfast. Asked for a refund and was basically told, use it or lose policy here. What a load of BS. The service here is terrible and they are not very well staffed. For lunch and dinner, they had one server in the restaurant for most of the weekend. I felt bad for this person because what kind of place just lets this happen especially during a busy conference weekend. Poor management & poor service. And on top of that, the room had dog food left in the closet. Overall, terrible experience.
