I walk up to the clerk to check in and he told me it was too early, check in was at 3p, then he said to reserve i had to pay another $50. I gave him my credit card. I did not completely checked in, i spent the night at the hospital, the next day I booked at a different hotel that was cleaner, cheaper, and very good customer service. Best Western would not refund my money, these people are crooks and should not be in business at all, they are in business to steal people's money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NASTY HOTEL, BEST WESTERN IS THE WORSE I'VE EVER WALKED INTO. Comfort Suite was so much better.
