    The worst part is trying to figure out the parking. Other than that, everything was great. Service people were nice and helpful. Rooms clean and large. But a microwave would've been nice.

    On my first night, I encountered an adult German cockroach in the bathroom, which was concerning and raised questions about overall cleanliness and pest control. Given how comfortable it appeared, it made me wonder if there may be a larger issue. I stayed in room 613. I do want to note that the front desk staff were helpful and responsive during my stay, which I appreciated. However, there were a few additional concerns. The pool temperature was quite cold and not very comfortable for use, and the gym rooms were maintained at unusually high temperatures, making it difficult to exercise. Overall, while the staff provided good service, the cleanliness and facility conditions could use improvement.

    We stayed here on 03/27-03/29, on the night of 03/27 we were in room 538 laying down for bed and a cockroach crawled over my face so of course we jumped up and called front desk they sent up security, who said he couldn't enter the room and handed us his phone to take a photo of one of the many bugs, and then he said "so do u like want a new room or what?" OF COURSE WE WANT A NEW ROOM so we packed up all of our stuff and went down the the front desk, they gave us breakfast vouchers saying that was all they could do at that moment was the vouchers and changing our room, then we were put in room 409 and at this point is was 1:30am almost 2am and we thoroughly checked the room before bringing in any of our belongings, unfortunately there was food on the floor but no bugs so we decided to just go to bed, with all of the lights on in case there was anymore bugs hiding and deal with it in the morning, the next day we spoke to a manager who said all he could do is offer is housekeeping to come clean the room and 1 night stay refund but I would need to call the 3rd party I booked through. So we had housekeeping come up and all they did was make the bed and put towels in the bathroom, so we had to call again and ask for a vacuum we even offered the vacuum ourselves so she came back and vacuumed. Now on to current day our 3rd party (plum benefits) has reached out twice regarding this promised refund and has now been denied twice and its been almost 3 weeks of fighting for this refund. Very disappointed as this is the hotel we normally stay at for convention season in May and this is the worst stay I've ever had with ANY hotel, definitely avoid going here at any cost there's plenty of better hotels in the area Update 4/28: Still no refund, still trying to get through to anyone that can help me get a refund

    When I stayed here, we got bit 1 million times by bugs. They took our stuff and put them in bedbug bags to heat them up. I did not even get a reimbursement for the three days of my room. I do not recommend staying here in any way because if you get bedbugs or bit by them, they will not give you your money back for your rooms because I was a third-party. There was nothing they said they could do but yet they got the money for the room.

    An otherwise positive experience was marred by an interaction with the front desk staff. Parking is validated here and we pre-paid parking for our stay, but when we came in with a ticket to validate there was a problem. The clerk said it would be a $35 charge to our room. We said there must be some mistake because we had already paid. He said he didn't see the payment on our room and became annoyed for some reason. He said again he would charge us and my wife said "please don't... let me find the receipt". At that point I suggested that maybe it was listed on another room, since we booked 2 rooms for a group. The clerk then looked up the other room, saw the payment, and said "next time you should tell me the right room to look up the charge." As someone with hospitality experience, there's a couple issues here: inadequate training on the hotel's room lookup system and poor customer skills. The clerk didn't attempt to look up any linked info. And instead, I think he thought we were trying to get away with something. That's not a great thing to assume of your guests. Especially when they're just trying to get the service they already paid for.
