  We just needed 2 adjacent trooms to each other to spend one night because we had to go somewhere else in the morning. We got to the room.The carpet was all stained up.The beds were dirty, the dresser was broke.The lights inside the bathroom doesn't work.And it looked like a really cheap hotel. We did let them know, and they didn't do anything about it.. But it was only one night.So we just packed our stuff in the morning and left. For our bad luck my little son, forgot his tablets in the room. We call them and they said they have it. We asked them to ship it and they said they did But called 2 days later, and it was still there. Not shipped, we called a week later, and it was still there. Not shipped, we called three weeks later. And it was still there, not shipped, long story short, they never shipped it. They still have it or maybe they gave it to their son or daughter I wouldn't even recommend it to anybody. The owner is really cheap. Don't wanna spend money on repairs. The ceiling in the pool is falling apart. The whole hotel is falling apart and they don't even want to ship a tablet, find another hotel.

  Had a horrible experience here- most of the staff was rude, the bedroom was very dirty, the entire floor stunk as cigarette / smoke smell, and worst of all we had really bad bug bites on our body. Think it may be bed bug bites. We got a refund but still spent 500-$1k on treatment for bug bites. Would not recommend this hotel

  I usually don’t like to write reviews and especially negative reviews but I can’t help myself this time. Unfortunately, my stay resulted in some bug bites that caused weeks of pain and irritation. I’m still recovering from this weeks later and it’s been difficult. Although they did refund me, it still doesn’t take away the emotional and physical toll its taken on me and my partner. These bites were very itchy and painful. I’ve had to pay to see a dermatologist to help resolve this. We also noticed the room was unkept, pillow and wall as well as carpet had stains. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

  The hot tub is non existent. It is just a seating area attached to the pool. The pool area is freezing. I came here for the hot tub and pool for my kids and they want to leave an hour into our stay. I cut my foot on the threshold portion from the hotels room into the bathroom. The metal part that separates the carpet and tile is missing.
