  We had an incident at another facility close to here and we ended up at the Holiday Inn Express. I wish we would have just come here first. The front clerk Precious was very kind and professional. The night Manager Jenna was awesome and made us feel welcomed. Save yourself the time and effort, just book here first. You absolutely will not regret it. Thank you ladies.

  I can’t say enough good things about Jenna. She is truly one of a kind—caring, passionate, hard-working, and full of genuine compassion. My family and I have been going through a very tough time, and Jenna has gone above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable and cared for. She treats us with such kindness that we honestly feel like we’re at home every time we see her. Jenna’s warmth and dedication have made a lasting impact on us—she’s been more supportive than even some of our closest friends and family. Jenna deserves all the praise and recognition possible. She is an incredible person and manager, and anyone fortunate enough to meet her will feel just how much heart she puts into everything she does. Thank you Jenna

  Checking in was a little hectic, but it worked out. Our company reserved our rooms, but didn't have CC on file, and the rooms didn't include our names, so the desk clerk gave us a really hard time. Had to use our own cc to check in.

  First and maybe most importantly, our room was very clean and I was impressed with the cleanliness! Two relevant issues that will probably prevent me from staying at this property again. The room was very warm and despite setting the ac to the lowest temp possible it turned off constantly. Talked to multiple staff (who were both very nice) but there was no solution or troubleshooting. The room itself was also fairly worn down and probably the biggest issue, the blinds don’t cover the entire window which allowed for a significant amount of light into the room bright and early.
