  My family and I loved this hotel!! It's very clean and the staff are amazing. I personally want to point out Jenna, Kimberly and Bobby for their top tier customer service. They were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were even better! They were kind and polite to my family and I. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Stayed here during a family visit and appreciated the calm environment. Extra bedding was arranged quickly after I called reception. Breakfast service was steady even during peak hours. Staff maintained professionalism without overdoing it.

  Unfortunately i cant comment on the Rooms, or location however, I definitely can comment on making reservations. I booked a room at approximately 2pm and around 4:30pm I had to cancel due to changes in plans. Even with an email that confirmed my cancelation the Hotel billed my credit card the full amount for the room. They stated I was a "No show". When speaking with the front desk manager she was absolutely no help at all. I even requested if they weren't willing to refund the amount i was billed how about a credit which I would be willing to use on another day. She refused and stated thats their policy. Needless to say ive began the process needed on my end. Definitely wont be booking again nor recommending this place.

  I stayed here on 2/25-27 and I honestly think this is my new favorite hotel! The room was spacious and clean, the lobby smelled fantastic, the breakfast was delicious! But the best part was meeting Jenna! She made me feel right at home and is a wonderful asset to holiday inn express! Give this woman a raise !!!

  Staff very professional 👌 and courteous. 5 Stars for Mrs. Kennedy. Place very clean. Staff for breakfast very professional and attentive if food was available and area clean. Thank you so much.
