Such a fun hotel, pool and hot tub were a perfect way to end after drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Met so many nice people from all over the country. Jenna Pavlacka at the front desk checked me in gave great recommendations of where to eat Fat Ricky's was delicious. I also received a welcome card when I checked in from her and the front desk team. I stay at a lot of hotels and this was a perfect extra to welcome me here.

Stayed for work and after a long day the happy hour reception was a nice way to unwind. Jenna and Kim both managers were wonderful to talk witj and really made me feel welcome. There was another lady with long hair servicing drinks and cookies that I wish had her hair pulled up think her name was Sunnie. She was cold at the desk acted like I was bothering her. Breanna was very nice in the morning and breakfast was great. I met a couple housekeepers during my stay one was deaf which gave me a reason to practice my ASL we has a good conversation and my room was perfect when I got back the next day I met Chyanne she was so funny we kept running into each other on and off the elevator she helped me find the fitness center. Everything about this place is wonderful.

We had a great stay overall. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room layout was very open, bright, and nicely designed. Everything was very clean—not just the room, but the entire facility—and you can really tell the hotel is new and well kept. The complimentary coffee and hot chocolate were a nice touch as well. All of the front desk staff we interacted with were super friendly, professional, and welcoming. They really stood out and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The only thing I’ll mention is that the manager named Jenna at checkout didn’t come across as very “manager-like.” I understand she may have been busy or overwhelmed answering phones, but when we checked out she interrupted me while I was giving our name to ask if I wanted a receipt. There was no “how was your stay” or “thank you for staying,” she just kinda of rushed us out of there and acted like she didn’t care and sounded pretty rude on the phone as well, not very friendly or considerate, which felt a bit odd—especially considering how kind, conversational, and helpful all the other front desk staff had been. That said, our stay was great overall. The location is good and felt safe, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

My stay from Friday through Sunday was a mix of frustration, recovery, and accountability, and I want to share the full experience honestly. When I first checked in on Friday, I experienced an issue with room cleanliness. The bed linens were visibly wrinkled and stained, which was disappointing and not what I expect when checking into a hotel. This issue was reported and did impact the start of my stay. I want to specifically acknowledge Sunny at the front desk, who was working at the time. Sunny’s customer service was amazing. He was kind, patient, and professional — especially considering he was the only front desk employee on duty. Even though he initially was unable to switch my room, when I returned and explained the condition of the room, he immediately took action and moved me to Room 429. His willingness to listen and help made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciated his support. Later on Friday, I checked into Room 429, and I want to be very clear — that room was excellent. It was clean, well-prepared, comfortable, and exactly what I expect from this property. There were no issues at all, and it made a noticeable difference in my stay. On Sunday, despite having an approved 2:00 p.m. late checkout, my room was repeatedly disturbed by housekeeping beginning around 11:00 a.m., including multiple knocks on the door. There was also initial confusion at the front desk regarding the checkout time, which resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth before it was corrected. This added stress during checkout that could have been avoided with clearer internal communication. That said, while checking out, I had a conversation with housekeeping staff member Michelle, and this interaction truly helped turn the experience around. Michelle was kind, professional, and transparent. She apologized for the earlier issues, explained that she has recently hired new staff, and shared that she is actively retraining her team to ensure rooms, bedding, and bathrooms are properly cleaned and presentable. Before leaving, I spoke with the housekeeper who cleaned my room on Friday, Jackie, who confirmed she was assigned to the fourth floor that day. The room was so well done that I tipped her, as I genuinely appreciated the quality of her work. Michelle later confirmed that Jackie was indeed the correct staff member to receive the tip. Michelle also encouraged me, for future stays, to ask for her directly or request a room cleaned by Jackie, and to notify the hotel ahead of time when I would be arriving so the room could be properly prepared. That level of accountability and care made me feel heard. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Kim, the General Manager, who followed up regarding the room cleanliness issue and awarded points as compensation. I appreciate her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to take accountability for the situation. While portions of my stay — particularly at check-in and checkout — were challenging, the efforts made by staff to listen, take responsibility, and correct issues helped restore my confidence. I appreciate the transparency and customer service shown before I left.
