Our experience was not so much as I bought the breakfast with my stay in belief I would have my entire breakfast included but instead it was only for $20! I paid $18 for it, such a joke I could have just went and had breakfast anywhere. They had barely any options and there was no buffet available. I see why the website did not have photos of the jet tubs either. The jet tub was very small, couldn't even has two of us stretch out comfortably. The bed was nice couch was not so comfortable, the toilet was also very tiny! The pool was packed so I did not use that ammentie.

Amanda at the front desk was helpful and welcoming, made check in a breeze, and our room was very clean. Hotel location is close to Mercy Sportscore and many restaurants. Hotel rooms also have a refrigerator and microwave. Bathrooms have a nice amount of counter space and there are plenty of benches and tables to store your belongings if you like to keep them off the ground.

Finally got ahold of customer service and now have to wait 5-7 business days when they tell you 24-48 hours after checkout.
- DGDanny GreenApr 5, 20263.0This could be a very nice hotel, but it is in fire need of an update. The carpet is old and wore out. The flooring in the elevator was broken and the whole place had a sorta dirt smell to it that had to be coming from the old wore out carpet. The attached restaurant had a weird almost confusing layout and it had more of a bar/casino feel than that of a restaurant. It did have a decent fitness center and a decent pool though. A fresh coat of paint and some new flooring would do wonders for this place.
- CFCristian FavaMar 26, 20263.0Hotel carino, ma se guardiamo i dettagli risulta un po’ trascurato. La mia stanza è una King e quindi molto spaziosa. L’hotel non ha un ristorante. Per la colazione e per i pasti bisogna andare in ristoranti esterni che però sono raggiungibili anche a piedi, specialmente quello per la colazione che si raggiunge senza dover uscire dall’hotel. Nell’hotel c’è la palestra, la piscina e la lavanderia.
