Again, this time didn't disappoint us with clean rooms, comfy beds, and great staff! On the morning we were supposed to leave for our 7 hour trip back to Michigan , we woke up to cold and snowy weather. Unfortunately, our truck was dead as a door nail. The desk clerk manager, Vince apologized for not being able to help as he didn't have any jumper cables but offered to see if his co-worker may. Moments later, Antonio arrived with his jumpers offering to help my husband (regardless of miserable weather). They got truck running again! We were so thankful for all of the kindness displayed by these two men. Victor is a perfect match for Holiday Inn as he was very personable and friendly, lightening the mood. As for Antonio, helping above and beyond, even in miserable weather. We always hear about young people being lazy and rude but these 2 young men proved that to be wrong! Great place to stay!

My wife wasn't strong enough to pull the shower handle out to run the water. It took me some doing to get it pulled out, just to take a shower. There is a bar/restaurant that is a part of the hotel. The food and service were okay. There is no "free" breakfast or coffee of any sort. The front desk staff were very friendly. If it weren't for that stupid shower handle.
