The hotel staff is disrespectful to gig workers who are trying to do their job and deliver food for their guests. They harass gig workers as if they are a criminal trespassing when Im just trying to deliver the food to the correct room. I dont answer to hotel staff. I answer to the customer AKA their guest. No other hotel in the surrounding area harassed gig workers and stops them from doing their job to the level this hotel does. For all I know the staff could go into the customers food and touch and perhaps steal their food. If I were a guest I would question why the hotel staff feels the need to intervene on a commissioned delivery and prevent the delivery driver from handing off the food to the correct customer. Why would a guest want to walk out of their room and go down the elevator to pick up their food? If I were a guest, I’d be furious knowing the hotel stopped my driver from bringing food to my room. That’s not security, that’s bad hospitality. Management really needs to rethink how they treat the people serving their guests.

Rooms are small and not well furnished. Maid service is only once a week, my hot water would take ten minutes to get warm. Shower would be turned to full hot and was still a bit chilly I used the "free" laundry facilities. Several were out of order and the dryer worthless. My clothes were drying for 3 hours and still were not dry. I had to hang them in the closet to dry. Very poor laundry facilities. If you bring a pet, you will be put in a special room which is in worse shape, no carpeting, than any other room AND they will charge you EXTRA! Worst rooms in a box hotel and you HAVE TO PAY EXTRA. There is something wrong here, something very, very wrong.

I've stayed in a few of these candlewood suites places and I have to say that this one is the nicest. I have yet to visit the workout and or water areas but I looking forward to it. Kitchenette is neat and stocked with the essentials to provide yourself with a decent meal. Service was too notch as always, receptionist exibited good communication, personability and was very helpful without delay.
