  The room was pet friendly but when we 1st walked in the room it smelled moldy. Although we were on the 5th floor we had noise from both sides of the room until 2am. Did not sleep well. The front desk lady embarressed me by loudly scholding me when my dog urinated on the front desk floor. I was aware and i drugged him in a hurry outside. Once his business was done i came back in to find a towel to cleanup myself. But she did not give me time to fix it and quickly scolded me loudly stating "your dogs pooped a long streek out the door" when i challanged her "you mean the dog urinated". She changed her tune and became loud. I thanked her for doing that for me. For I only had a poop bag on me. I had every intention to clean up, she gave me no chance to do so. WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN! Also... i was in my room at 1030 on a work phone call and the cleaning lady nocked several time, she could here me talking, and barged in. I then placed my finger on my lips to an attempted to silence her. She closed the door so quicked it left a loud noise. UGG🫤

  It’s a bit tired, but I’d prefer to stay here, right downtown by the river with interesting things to see out my window and walk to than at a generic hotel way out by the airport and Highway.

  The staff is very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and breakfast buffet was decent.

  Room was clean, didn’t really have an issue with the hotel room. The breakfast at B’s Kitchen though may have tasted good, but we never got a chance to try it due to waiting to be seated for 10 minutes and no one talked to us or the many other people in line. After the 10 minutes a couple that was seated and already eating told us they had to seat themselves and so we did. We sat their for another 10 minutes and still no service and at that point several others had gotten in line and they too ended up leaving after the waitresses wouldn’t even greet them.

  Rooms were clean and decent, service/staff was great, location was industrial with very little around but just a hop skip and a jump to more.
