The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was better than I expected, and the shower had good water pressure, which I really appreciated. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful even when things were busy, and it felt like they genuinely cared. Some parts of the hotel look a bit worn and the elevators can be slow when there's a crowd, plus there's no free breakfast and the lobby coffee wasn't always available, which was kind of annoying. The pool is large but towels weren't always stocked, and parking can be a bit awkward at certain times, though I did manage to find a spot each night.
