My husband is a truck driver and stopped there for the night on 11/17/2025. Within 5 minutes of him using his corporate credit card at the front desk, someone used his credit card to make two purchases with apple.com/bill. Luckily, I was immediately notified of these pending charges and promptly shut the card down. Do yourself a favor, book online or by calling direct and not in person so you don't get scammed like my husband almost did.

I am writing this review hopefully warn people about the Japanese beetle infestation at this hotel.
I went to check into this hotel Friday night (11/14). We got checked into our first room and one of the kids went to the bathroom and all I heard was screaming. Beetles! Her turning the light on must have woke them up, and they started flying around. So she ran out of the bathroom we closed the door and refused to open it (so I have no pictures of the bathroom). Then I started noticing them all over the room. Not sure of the correct name we call them Japanese Beetles, they look like lady bugs but are orange. I immediately called the front desk, and they moved us rooms. We go into the second room, a couple doors down the hall and guess what? Even more beetles. At that point the kids are freaking out (3 kids under 10), I’m so grossed out because if they are so nonchalant about bugs what else do they have here?
I grabbed our stuff and went to the desk and told them we were leaving and requested a refund. The poor guy working the desk had no idea what to do, he asked if I could just call Customer service for my refund. Totally my mistake I should have demanded it before I left but I felt for the guy (he was very nice just under trained).
Spoke to customer service that night via chat who said I needed to call the hotel and they would put a ticket in to reach out to me.
Tried calling the hotel Saturday, and of course their management doesn’t work weekends, so I was speaking to another undertrained employee.
It is now Monday the manager never called and when I tried reaching out and calling at 330, the manager was gone for the day.
So if you like bugs and bad customer service then this is the perfect hotel for you.
If your manager who likes weekends off and working half days and ignoring customers, than I would apply here.
Attached are the very little amount of photos, I wish I took more or some in the bathroom but both myself and kids were freaking out and we just wanted to get out of the room.
And the chat with customer service stating I would get a call in 48hrs which I never did.

I have been here for a weeks stay for over a month now for work. It is always a clean, safe place with great caring staff and a very good breakfast every morning. Ms. Laura the manager is fantastic, she always cares about your needs and making sure you are happy with your stay. Ms. Karen cooks up a great breakfast and she keeps everything stocked, cleaned and ready to go. The desk staff is always helpful and friendly and is there if you need anything during your stay. It's the best hotel in the area for a great night's sleep.
