    Booked through third party, it was automatically a disability room which they only have one of. That’s fine, however i booked for a 2 queen bed room and the desk attendant (Melissa) didn’t want to move my room. She claimed she needed approval from said third party to do so and also claimed that a standard queen room only comes with one bed anyway. I went on IHG’s website and showed her a standard queen can come with 1-2 rooms. I also brought up a valid point that if I was unhappy with the rooms smell or anything and all above that they would move me to another standard queen of same value. She proceeded to claim I have to be in a disability to HAVE TO BE because the third party booked it that way…She eventually with much debate back and forth said she would move us and that it was a “one time courtesy”. I told her that I respectfully think she should address it with management to confirm her knowledge. I travel for work 75% of the year and I’m in holiday ins a good 50% of that. She could have moved our room without third party approval. Any hotel would have and IHG always does. It’s not an upgrade, it’s a room number change…She proceeded to tell me I was wrong and she needed approval from the third party even still. She was standoffish. The third party called her and told her we paid for two beds. I also reiterated had something been wrong with my room smell etc, she would’ve moved it. Which is standard. This is a new hotel, please PLEASE train your staff better. Absolute nightmare.

    Great brand new facility. Not many visitors so it feels like I have the place to myself. I LOVE THE ELECTRIC BLACK OUT SHADES!!!!!

    Tom is an amazing GM!! Melissa at front desk was super. Shiree at the front desk saved my life with a financial change. I enjoyed my stay very much. Great ran business

    This hotel is very clean, spacious and full of amenities. The room was clean organized and had everything you needed. The staff was exceptional and friendly. The breakfast was plenty with many choices and the Coffee great and hot!! We stayed for 3 nites and we will b back!!
