- DDDominique DettmeringDec 31, 20255.0Check in was quick and easy. Entire place is Very clean. Nice and Quiet place to stay. Staff is extremely friendly. Pool is nice heated and clean :) gym is also nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable and their coffee is awesome! Would highly recommend!

- CCCourtney CoersDec 28, 20251.0We arrived to find that the hotel had let other guests into 2 of our 3 rooms that were booked well in advance to our stay. The front desk just stared at the computer for 15 minutes without saying anything before informing us of the situation. They provided alternative rooms at the rate of the day which she said was our “discount” and then said maybe they could give us extra points. We got unpacked and brought the luggage cart back down to the lobby where we found two front desk employees openly discussing our situation and said they “didn’t know why we were so upset.” They then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t stay in the room they provided with our family of 4 because it was above the limit allowed, which would have fit perfectly fine in the room we booked in the first place. After requesting to speak with the manager we were told they were unable to get ahold of him/her. The next morning we requested to speak with the manager again and finally asked for a corporate number after getting brushed off again which we were told they were unable to provide. Very unprofessional service when it was clearly a mess up at the front desk to begin with.
