Stayed near the end of February 2026. Key card did not work for the room, an employee had to get us into the room with a special machine. They told us they had to "upgrade" us to a different room, due to availability, so we were charged significantly more than expected. The "upgraded" room had threadbare carpet, loose flooring in the bathroom, the tub did not shut off completely, the sink barely drained, the toilet barely flushed, the bottom of the tub felt like it was ready to give way. The hallways were filthy with debris. Our request for a partial refund was met with resistance, has not happened yet.
I would not return.
Very bad service, horrible management and extremely poor customer service. Pool has been out of service for some time and they are still advising the pool on their website. No regards to fixing it, and won’t notify the costumers of it being out of service until after you are already checked in and then refuse to cancel the reservation or refund. This place is horrible.
Original from Peoria. But now live in Cincinnati..I came home for family emergency for a couple of days... They are trying very hard to update this location....The manager and staff were absolutely the best...We enjoyed my stay during the winter wonderland..
I would like to say thank you to each and every person who made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Great stay, awesome rooms and very polite staff, will stay again.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, offering a great view and easy access to everything in Peoria . The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and beautifully decorated—very welcoming and comfortable.
Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were professional, courteous, and well-dressed. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Peoria . I’d definitely stay here again
