To start, IHG still does not offer mobile check-in, so you have to wait for the front desk staff to check you in - strike one. Two, it was very apparent that homeless people were using the hotel services, and this made me feel extremely uncomfortable with my two teenage daughters that were with me.I'm not sure how in the world IHG can allow this to happen. I'm not against helping others but my family's safety and security comes first and that definitely was not the case at this property - strike two and three when you pay $225 a night for a room you should have a decent breakfast which was not the case - the juice machine was out of service and they offered zero bottled juices to supplement the juice machine being out of service and cleanleness was suplbpar to say the least. Again how does IHG allow this to happen? I'm an Ambassador with IHG and I was appalled at what this property looked and operated like. I will never stay at this property again as it was very apparent that the safety of the customers was not a priority, which is very concerning, as I mentioned.

Room was clean and in good shape. My room was right above the kitchen, so bonus points for the smells. Unfortunately, no yogurt at breakfast, but still put everything else out for the yogurt bar? Odd choice.

Room was well maintained and clean.
Front desk clerk (Man) could of been more pleasant.
Breakfast choices were minimal and sparce.
I appreciated the maid touching up the room every other day.

Flies in the rooms, fire alarm tests at 4 in the morning, and roaches they will try to say are water bugs. No good, stay somewhere else
P.S. If I see a comment from the PR team that says this is a water bug and not a roach, good attempt as saving face, but this is an American Cockroach or Periplaneta americana.
