If I see a comment from the PR team that says this is a water bug and not a roach, good attempt as saving face, but this is an American Cockroach or Periplaneta americana.

The suite I was in had space to actually unpack and feel normal, not like just living out of a bag. I also loved the breakfast in the morning and the staff checked in on me a couple times, felt looked after without being pushy. Would stay again.

The lobby feels completely refreshed and welcoming, and walking into my suite I could tell everything had been thoughtfully updated, modern furniture, a clean and stylish bathroom, and plenty of space to relax. It made my stay feel comfortable and enjoyable, and I could tell the hotel put a lot of care into the upgrades.
