- IPIvanka ParagaFeb 23, 20264.0The front desk and breakfast area staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very informative and provided us options for our particular interests. This includes being able to have a late check out so that I can work in my comfortable room which I appreciate. I must particularly call out Taylor who tried several different ways to help me access the Internet on my company laptop to be able to work. She succeeded. If not, I would have had to find a different way to work - off my phone for a short time, out a coffee shop...thanks again.

Check in was a breeze, the banquet staff was incredible, the A/V system was top notch and worked flawlessly. The rooms were all clean and kept up very well. Our team enjoyed how seamless the experience was, and even our clients told us this was one of the nicest meetings they had been to. We will definitely come back next year. Big thank you to Cindy for helping us with this event!!
- RRRoxanneJan 25, 20263.0We stayed at this Holiday Inn for a softball tournament. The hotel itself was clean, and the bartender was very nice and friendly. The fitness room was extremely small, and the water cooler in the fitness room was empty. We informed staff about it, but it was never refilled. While the hotel was generally clean, there was one particular employee who smelled strongly of marijuana, which was unpleasant and unprofessional. Overall, the stay was decent, but there are some areas that could use improvement.

I’ve traveled a lot for work and stayed in some low budget hotels that had better mattresses! Other than that it’s a very nice place, seems to be fairly new! The restaurant wasn’t terrible but for a hotel restaurant it was pretty good. The breakfast was mediocre. Didn’t seem like they were very prepared knowing that almost the whole hotel was booked for a softball tournament! Only reason for the 3/5 though is because the mattresses sucked!
