Sedrick was a wonderful shuttle driver. He picked me up at airport in the snow storm yesterday after my flight was canceled. Highly recommend him! Great personality, very pleasant and a very good driver.

This is the worst hotel experience I have had in my 50 years of life. My husband and I flew into town to spend thanksgiving with his family. We booked our own hotel however, our brother in-law is an avid traveler for his business, he travels the world and is a diamond member with the IHG group. That being said he insisted we use his points to stay at this particular Holiday Inn. We agreed, he went into the hotel to check us in on a Monday night after midnight because our flight got in late. He got us checked in and we were scheduled to stay until Saturday morning. We had my service dog with us, and they saw him when we checked in, he was wearing his vest, they didn't ask for anything from us. Wednesday morning we get a call early in the morning from the front desk demanding that we call our brother in-law and tell him to contact them, they also insisted that we fill out paperwork for our service dog. She said she left our brother in-law a message, but wanted us to call him immediately. Knowing that since he travels mostly to Asia, when he is home, he stays up late & sleeps in because he is accustomed to Asian time. We said we will not call and wake him up, he will call them when he wakes up on his own. We went (me in my pajama's) downstairs to walk my dog and passing the front desk the team of women working that day were all standing together with their arms folded trying their best to look authoritative. One started yelling embarrassingly loud that we needed to call the point holder now! Again we said we will not wake him up because he just went to sleep, but that we would call his wife to let her know they wanted him to call when he woke up. They then said they wanted us to fill out the service dog paperwork. I responded (admittedly sharply) that I left my laptop bag in my brother in-laws car which also had my service dog paperwork in it & when he woke up we would be coming to the hotel with the said paperwork. They would just have to wait until he woke up. Being in my pajamas I went straight back up to our room however, I could not get in because they turned off the key. I then sat down by the door awaiting my husband. My husband came back up & minutes later the woman general manager came and said we would have to come back downstairs to await the point holders call. I said, no I am not leaving until I am able to get my personal belongings & get dressed. She said "well I can call the police" I said feel free because we are leaving but not without our stuff. 10 minutes later the police arrived to help us get our stuff & they were very helpful. Our brother in-law came and let them have it for their rudeness. It was the most unprofessional, ridiculous experience ever! It's this kind of situation that make it difficult for women to be respected in positions of power, because they seem to take it too far to prove their authority. So, if you want a pleasant stay...run far away from this establishment!

This Holiday Inn provides an exeptional room, a bar and a restaurant. Once we checked in, we did not have to drive to find something to eat. The resturant prices were very reasonable!! -- and it was "free dessert" night! :) There is no free breakfast here - but again the restaurant is available for a reasonable price. The room was a bit pricey compared to the other Holiday Inns we were staying at during our travel...but this location provided a little"extra" in our accommodation experience.
