Our team reserved a block of rooms and despite the block reservation, players ended up on all different floors within the hotel. When we opened the door to our assigned room, it was already occupied and we walked in on a woman! The front desk just “didn’t know how that happened”. Everyone within our event was charged MORE than quoted and each one of us charged a different amount. We all got locked out of our rooms at 9 am (check out is not until 10), while down at breakfast. What a mess to get back in to finish packing up. As if this wasn’t enough hassle for the stay, the rooms are busted. We had no toilet paper holder so our toilet paper laid on the floor and the edge of the bath tub. Large rotten gaps between the trim of the door and the floor, big enough to watch a centipede crawl in and out of it all weekend. I never could get him caught. The privacy blinds on the window are cheap and as they’ve rolled up and melted with heat, unrolled to have missing pieces of the vinyl. The phone charger ports didn’t work. The door had large enough gaps I could see daylight through it, the list could go on. Pick literally anywhere else. This is NOT it.

Only thing that lowkey pissed me off was that they said breakfast was to start at 6 am…well we went down and they said today it’s 7 am. It’s currently 7:07 and breakfast isn’t ready yet. I thought they meant breakfast was starting at 7, not that the worker would show up AT 7…like come on…
