- RMRacheal MFeb 14, 20261.0The beds are to high. It is difficult for people with disabilities to get into. The walls are very thin people in the next room heard us struggling to get in bed. The staff did not care.
- BRBrandon RaleighFeb 13, 20263.0Deanne at the front desk was an absolute doll! She was very sweet and I never have a bad interaction with her. The room itself was also very nice. I was here for two weeks for work. The not so great. The breakfast was sub par at best. The cinnamon rolls were the only thing that did not seem to have a funk. I am pretty certain the oatmeal had mold growing on the sides one of the last days I was there. I stopped eating the breakfast after that. One of the evening receptionists refused to let housekeeping know that I needed a full room service (I had been here for a week). He said he did not know how to do that and ask someone in the morning. A little later, I went down for some cups and he is at one of the tables, laptop and gaming gear spread out, playing a game online while chatting up his friend in the game. Very unprofessional.

Due to illness we were unable to make the trip; especially upsetting as it was the first trip we planned after my mother's September passing. As her primary and live-in caregiver for the last 5 years of her life we were really looking forward to a weekend away and returning to a sense of normalcy. We got the runaround from the hotel who said we needed to talk with reservations and reservations who said we needed to talk with the hotel. There wasn't offer of a partial refund or even a reschedule. For us, Holiday Inn hotels are no longer an option.
