We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gift, which immediately set the tone for the experience. The staff was incredibly respectful, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel itself was immaculate, and it was clear that the property is very well maintained and cared for. Every detail reflected a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality. The breakfast was another standout—there was an impressive variety of options, including accommodations for strict dietary needs, which I greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Teresa for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

They claimed they couldn’t help me and did not admit their negligence. I am now stuck paying for days I didn’t use so that the employee “didn’t want to get in trouble”. He lied when the IHG customer service called him. Find another place.

We've tried other less expensive locations nearby but quickly learned that you get what you pay for. From the front desk clerk to the support staff, they're all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and multiple arrangements are available. My only gripe is their breakfast. The selections have never changed and most times they've been out of one key item or another. Change it up folks. Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits with Sausage Gravy would be a nice change.The good news on that front is there's a nice family restaurant across the street that serves from a very diverse menu.
