We were early because my wife and I had driven from Southern Illinois to attend an event and traffic can sometimes be challenging later in the afternoon. Jenny was so polite and courteous and helped us with suggestions for lunch. When we got back she was quick to let us know that the room was now ready. Her friendly demeanor was refreshing.

- PFPreston ForeOct 25, 20255.0Great Location, Easy Check-in Process, and delicious breakfast! Upon check-in at this hotel, we notice how nice the front desk attendant was! He clearly explained the hours of operation for breakfast, Wi-Fi password if we needed it and even asked what floor we preferred to stay on. When we came down the next morning for breakfast we met a wonderful woman named Diane who asked if we needed anything after a very cheerful good morning! She helped us throughout our time at breakfast while also making sure the breakfast area stayed stocked up. She even recommended the yogurt parfait (which was delicious) Overall I would advise this hotel to anyone who is passing through Chicago or wants to be near Chicago but away from the hustle and bustle of the city!
