The breakfast included not only the staples lof cereal and miffins like you would expect but alot a nice selection of hot food like biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, and a on demand pancake machine. The gym was well appointed and while a little small the pool was nice. My king bed room was very spacious and modern and clean. I appreciated the 2 layers of blinds making the room very dark. The room was also pretty quiet. The only negatives I have is that the tv was burned in and purple and the shower head was a little leaky no matter how I adjusted it. I would still recommend this room to anyone.

We double checked with our bank and they confirmed that we were in fact double charged. When we went back to the front desk Sunny refused to even pull up our booking to check. When we got the bank on the phone they refused to talk to our bank and further insulted us by saying they didn’t know how to explain to us “in American” that they didn’t double charge us. We are Canadian and can speak perfect English. Extremely insulting! When I confronted him about his rude behavior he rolled his eyes at me constantly throughout our conversation. Will never come here again.

However, there were several disappointments that impacted our stay. There was no room service available, as per the front desk staff only once in 4 days (which is shocking), which was inconvenient. More importantly, both the swimming pool and the gym were broken. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel, as our kids were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, neither facility was available during our stay, which was extremely disappointing. Since these amenities were a key part of our booking decision, some form of refund or compensation would have been appropriate. Additionally, one morning we were locked out, and no one was available at the front desk for a long time. This was frustrating and added unnecessary stress to our stay. On a positive note, Diane, the breakfast server, truly stood out. She was attentive, hardworking, and showed great diligence in keeping everything well-stocked and organized. Her excellent service made breakfast the highlight of our stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication, staffing, and maintenance of advertised amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.
