  Jenny was quick, friendly, and informative! The whole process to check in was easy! Thank you Jenny! The stay was perfectly fine, no issues. The desk chair was one of the best I’ve ever used in a hotel room! Shower pressure and temp were great.

  Hi, I am Ms. K. Antonio and I recently stayed at the Best Western Oswego. Let me just say that Diane is the absolute best breakfast attendant. My entire family felt welcomed by Diane. She kept the space neat/clean, food stocked, and helped prepare plates, etc. Diane even stopped by tables to check if guest needed anything else such as juice, utensils, and napkins. Honestly, this has been one of the best breakfast experiences I have had at a hotel. I can't thank Diane enough for her customer service and kindness. Again, thank you, Diane!

  We stayed here for a dance competition and our experience was excellent. Starting with Jenny at the front desk who was very accommodating to our needs. Diane the breakfast attendant was a doll and the sweetest most helpful person on site. The rooms were very clean and the location was close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

  I had a great stay at Best Western! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Jenny and Tucker at the front desk was amazing — friendly, professional, and very helpful. All the staff were kind and made me feel at home. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

  Jenny was very nice welcoming at the front desk. She worked through a mix up with my company’s reservation and was a big help! Rooms are good for the price and clean. Location isn’t great. UPDATE: Drunk guy was playing loud music where I could hear it clearly from across the hall. Got to the point where a neighbor had to go bang on the door to which the guy started cursing and threatening the neighbor. Cops were called. Receptionist handled it the best she could. I’m sure she handled numerous calls to the point where the line said busy when I called. 2 different times following my initial call. Cops came and left 3 times and after each time they left he would just start banging again. I have no clue how he wasn’t trespassed but it was absolutely mind boggling. I finally got a few hours of sleep at around 2:30-3:00am. After that the manager called me and questioned whether I banged on his door or made contact with him that morning. I absolutely gave the guy a hell of a wake up call via cop knock, but still the audacity to question me on doing anything to this guy after this ordeal.
