The staff was welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel felt safe and well-kept, which made the experience even better. I would definitely consider coming back again.

They were very accommodating. However, I want to especially thank Erin. She was on duty the night of 3/4/26. After I arrived home from my visit, I thought that I left an expensive water bottle in the room. I called the hotel and got Erin. She was very pleasant and understanding. She immediately stopped whatever she was doing to search for my property. When she was unable to locate it, she contacted me to let me know. She didn't stop there. Understanding the value of the bottle and the urgency, she continued to search for it with no luck. Ultimately, I located the bottle in a different bag that hadn't unpacked yet. Although I was happy that I found it, I felt bad for sending Erin on a wild goose chase. I did call back to let her know and to apologize. She was so sweet and pleasant. She wasn't bothered by it at all. She was simply glad that I found it. She continued thanking me for the stay at the hotel and hoped I would keep the hotel in mind for future stays. Because of this, I definitely will. I will also recommend this location to friends and family.
