    Only good thing about this hotel was the bed. I came in at 11pm for check in only to be waiting over 15 mins while the desk clerk proceeded to be on his phone in front of us and ignore us till I went up to him and asked if he worked here. Finally got checked in and loud noise did not stop till 1am then got woken up at 9am by several kids running on the floor back and fourth. I would not stay here again.

    Half the outlets do not work, very low water pressure, long black hair in the shower yuck. Starting here because of a meeting close.

    Well to start off, my room was half clean. Wrappers under bed, bed spread stains and not changed, and a towel we thought was clean, because it was hung up with others, bloody. I was woken up multiple times by people down the hall thinking it was their home. It took them Multiple complaints from not only me and surrounding people staying in the same area to finally get rid of them. My last call was at 330am. Should not be like that. 2 complaints and you should be gone. In the morning when I spoke to the front desk all I got was a " IM SORRY". Well that doesn't help me with no sleep and a nasty room. The air conditioner worked part of the time. Sad, because it is a nice hotel with a bar and lounge connected in a upscale area. Very surprised of the rooms were and the way it was managed. Will not stay there again. I am a Marriott girl for a reason and I am sticking with Marriott for now on. Thought try another chain and regrated.

    This is my 2nd review on this wonderful hotel. Today I'm writing a review on Miguel. Whenever I stay here I get the breakfast and it's always delicious and Miguel is one of the people that has assisted me in the breakfast area. He has sometimes even helped me with my luggage to my car. He's always professional and I can honestly say gives me the best customer service that I've had at a Holiday Inn. If you stay at this hotel I highly recommend getting the breakfast it's very reasonable, delicious and the service is great especially if it is Miguel that is working.
