A/C not working correctly, moldy smell, exterior doors do not lock, (anyone can enter the hotel) and elevators do not work. These are all things that are not disclosed at time of booking. This hotel did not honor its reseration policy. I booked a suite with 3 pets. Under its policy at the time, (5 days ago) there was to be a $75 charge for pets for a stay of 7 days or less, (no disclosure of how many pets) and a max of $150 per stay. At check-in, I disclosed that I had pets. I was told that a max of 2 were allowed per room(not disclosed when booking). It was midnight and have in to booking a second room to allow fire a third pet and they also charged me $75 per pet (also not specified at time of booking). When a family has traveled for 12 hours and arrive at midnight, you don't have the energy to look for other accommodations. We ended up paying for an additional room and 2 additional pet fees. After reaching out to management, instead of honoring their policy, the refunded one pet fee. After reaching out to IHG, they refunded a second pet fee. They had two opportunities to make this right but a one night's stay was of more value to them. They will find a way to reply with an eloquent explanation/excuse for all the issues with this hotel.

After we left this hotel kept billing our credit card even though we were told we paid in full. This hotel does not seem to be run correctly. We suggest staying somewhere else. If we could we would give it a zero star.
