I was here for a work place and this was the best option for me to stay for a week. They had notes up they were doing some updating/renovating which didn't bother me as it was still clean and there was little noise. They have a happy hour M-W 1730-1900pm which was quant - very simple. The pantry was cute - first time I had seen one of those before. I loved how my room had a little kitchen for me if I wanted to cook. Actually had a stove top. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is my first night there, the fire alarm went off which doesn't bother me. People who had been staying there for awhile were saying this happens more often then not - that should not be a thing. Luckily, it didn't go off again but that was in mind while there.

The hotel staff here are very rude and nasty. They racially profile a lot of people who aren’t their skin color. The managers are very rude, told people to find another hotel if they aren’t satisfied with being lied on. They half clean rooms, the keys barely work if you want to go in your rooms and side doors. There are roaches and lady bugs all over. Rooms have mold and hallways have mold! Toilets barely work, sinks barely work, even tubs barely work. One star review!!

I am an IHG Diamond Elite member and this hotel gave me the worst stay of my life. When we checked in on December 5th for room 232, they told us there was no parking at all and we had to park on the street at our own risk. After that, our entire night was ruined. From 2 AM to 7 AM, the night shift staff kept calling our room more than 5 times about a Toyota Camry parked under the canopy, even though we clearly told them multiple times that we have a Toyota Sienna parked on the street. They even called my personal phone threatening to tow a car that wasn’t ours. We got absolutely zero sleep before a long 25-hour drive home. In the morning, we found a cockroach in the room and took pictures and videos with timestamps as proof. When we went to the front desk to report everything, the GM finally called but was extremely rude, did not apologize, did not listen, and even accused us of making false complaints—despite us already showing staff all the proof. This kind of behavior from a General Manager is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The hotel has no parking, no customer service, filthy rooms, nonstop disturbances, and a manager who treats guests with disrespect. I will never stay at this property again and I strongly recommend other travelers to avoid this place completely.
