They stole my money from the safe. I reported it to the police and the management they refused to take my site and ignored the money. I lost by them stealing my money from the safe and then next time when I booked after I arrive because that’s the closest place to my work and I hope that they fired the person that robbed me because I know exactly who she loved me. They refused to accept my case and they rejected my booking after I already paid for it. They refused to give me a room so more than just make me lose money time and effort because after I arrive to Chicago and I get to their hotel, I have to look for another hotel because they refused to give me another room because I gave them truthful review about the safety in their hotel and their staff that they rob me. Be careful from this hotel. Never stay there again ever and if you stay there, do not leave anything with value in the room when you leave because they will walk into the room and they will rob you.
