  It was pretty dated. The service was fine, no issues, nothing special. The breakfast was not very good.

  Clean rooms, friendly staff. I rated 3 stars because they lacked bandaids or a basic first aid kit or wound care supplies. My kid tripped on the curb and got a big bloody scrape. No first aid supplies to be found at guest services, or at the pool. This was a bit shocking to me, as a place of business what do you do if a guest is injured? An employee? Staff on duty was kind and offered what they had - a couple alcohol swabs and ointment from the market. My recommendation to holiday inn express is to get a few fully stocked first aid kits and keep them stocked for the safety of your guests and staff +Management did say if we wanted to go to Walmart to get a first aid kit they would reimburse. Didn’t end up taking them up on that as it was late and a fellow guest gave us a bandaid and we made do until we left the next day and stopped at Walgreens

  This hotel is a joke. Me and my fiance decided to use the restroom before booking a room and they followed us into the bathroom and asked us to leave because we decided to use the restroom before booking our room. The older white lady put her hands on my fiance after yelling at him to leave when we did nothing wrong. We were profiled and discriminated. Management is unprofessional and that woman needs to be fired. Charges are being pressed.

  Stayed here for work, called a day ahead to inform the staff that I would need to sleep during the day as I work at night. I simply requested a room on the top floor and in the corner. They accommodated the room on the top floor, but not in the corner; the noise was unbearable! The entire 4 days I stayed, all I heard was doors slamming and kids playing in the halls. When I opened the door to see what the noise was, it was actually the housekeepers slamming the doors and running the vacuum near my room. I then informed the housekeeper that I wqs trying to sleep for work, he continued to run the vacuum in front of my room. I was miseravle and I did not sleep for 3 days and had to work in such conditions. This was the result of poor communication between the staff, and lack of care for the guests. I will NOT be returning to this hotel, EVER. I hate that I paid so much for no comfort. Then, they only agreed to reimburse me for 1 night. Terrible!!

  Called 3 times for a room they kept hanging up on me. Second time coming through this town and not being able to get a room. Staff act like they are bothered to work.
