- SMStacey Moore2 days ago2.0I can hear everything the neighbors do, watch, say. Huge debacle over a legit service animal (I contacted corporate already). Shower doesn’t provide anywhere to place your stuff. For being newly renovated, it’s falling apart. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable. Old mattresses were much better. For a place that apparently offers pets to stay- I haven’t seen a place for them to potty. Shower was hot, nice pressure. Layout was nice. Coffee machine and breakfast was decent. Location is outstanding. Friday mornings agent was very welcoming and friendly otherwise they have all been anything but. I say hi or good afternoon and either get a blank stare or ignored. I will not make a third stay at this location.

We reported to the front desk. The reply was management knows and won't fix it. Would not stay at this location again. We stay at Holiday Inn Express all the time. This one is very poor quality.
