  This hotel is a joke. Me and my fiance decided to use the restroom before booking a room and they followed us into the bathroom and asked us to leave because we decided to use the restroom before booking our room. The older white lady put her hands on my fiance after yelling at him to leave when we did nothing wrong. We were profiled and discriminated. Management is unprofessional and that woman needs to be fired. Charges are being pressed.

  Stayed here for work, called a day ahead to inform the staff that I would need to sleep during the day as I work at night. I simply requested a room on the top floor and in the corner. They accommodated the room on the top floor, but not in the corner; the noise was unbearable! The entire 4 days I stayed, all I heard was doors slamming and kids playing in the halls. When I opened the door to see what the noise was, it was actually the housekeepers slamming the doors and running the vacuum near my room. I then informed the housekeeper that I wqs trying to sleep for work, he continued to run the vacuum in front of my room. I was miseravle and I did not sleep for 3 days and had to work in such conditions. This was the result of poor communication between the staff, and lack of care for the guests. I will NOT be returning to this hotel, EVER. I hate that I paid so much for no comfort. Then, they only agreed to reimburse me for 1 night. Terrible!!

  Called 3 times for a room they kept hanging up on me. Second time coming through this town and not being able to get a room. Staff act like they are bothered to work.

  I normally do not ever do reviews but this was and interesting experience. My first day here I tried to set up the tvs one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Neither one of them work with the internet I tried to figure it out for myself and reconnect them to the internet. Seeing that both of them are not connected. Nothing worked. I went downstairs to ask for help or if there was someone that was about to come up and repair or do what they needed to do to fix the issue. I was told that they were switching providers for services. Well the wifi worked for my phone and computer just fine I told him. He said I don't know what to tell you other than we are switching provides and handed me a piece of paper with wifi supports number to fix the issue myself. The whole 3 weeks I was here nothing was fixed or done about it. Night 1 the black out shade pull string was off the track making a terrible noise that I'm sure my neighbors could all hear. I was able to fix that issue by putting it back on the track. 3rd day the in room coffee maker stopped working and I proceeded to tell them about it and nothing happened with that either. I was told that they just renticated the hotel. That was the cheapest job I have ever seen nothing was taped off and the lines the wall were bleeding into the white wall from the blue wall there is a light paint hand print on the back of the door and on the coffee table. There's a light switch and dimmer switch that does absolutely nothing the fan that's supposed to bring air in from the bedroom where the air conditioner unit is to to living room didn't work there was a light over the couch that had no switch that turned it on. Over all the bed wasn't to bad to sleep on. But I could literally here everything my neighbors were doing around me paper thin walls and floor. The elevator is just a super big issue they have a paper taped to the wall in the elevator saying inspection was done on September 2025 and the state has not sent them the certificate for it yet ok that's fine and all. But wow the noises and how that thing operates is freaky. When going from the 1st floor to the 3rd the elevator would rattle bounce and clatter almost feeling like it's going to get stuck when trying to level with the 3rd floor level. Countless times I had to got up and down and it's not an interment issue it does it about every time. Now when someone else and I were in there together the issues got worse. Strongly recommended if your gonna stay here only stay for a few days at most I was here for three weeks.
