- SWSay What!?Jan 27, 20261.0Manager Roy is a grump not very nice person and said he couldn't find my reservation in the computer after i was in my room for the 2nd day then someone found it he did tiny apology no free breakfast or anything the next day after i spoke with Donna a very nice experienced employee and the young black woman running things act nice because they have too i can feel it when speaking to them..price line included free breakfast but Manager insisted it didn't...I wouldn't stay here

The assistant General Manager was very accommodating, addressing all my questions, and providing a solid favor given the circumstances, which I appreciate. The rooms were well cared for as were the facilities overall. The restaurant is very convenient especially during inclement weather, with reasonable prices & great food overall. The bar design is stunning with attentive & personable bartenders. Location overall is great for quickly getting back to the interstate but far enough away that traffic is not audible. Overall, I recommend this hotel & will stay here again should I need to in the future.
