  I recently had an absolutely glorious stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Niles, and I can confidently say this location sets the gold standard for hospitality! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Kashif at the front desk. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made check-in effortless and truly set the tone for the entire stay. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond so naturally—Kashif is a true asset to this hotel. The room? Immaculate. Spotlessly clean, fresh, and incredibly comfortable—everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property in top condition. And let’s talk about the breakfast—WOW! The complimentary hot breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. It exceeded expectations in every way. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. Between the exceptional service, pristine rooms, and fantastic breakfast, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I will absolutely be returning!

  Hafsa and Suchi were absolutely amazing. Helpful, friendly, and very accommodating while we stayed there for five days during our move.

  Best experience… EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Mary Ann is a supreme sweetheart. Every time we book a stay we always come back to this location because of the welcoming atmosphere and the friendly nature that feels contagious.

  The location was convenient, and the facilities were well-managed. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a very restful sleep. Would definitely stay again.

  I have been so impressed with this hotel. I’ve stayed twice -426, 428 so far during business trips. Hotel is clean, bed sheets quality is high (comparable to Marriott), bed is soft (right softness) and not old, shower clean and nothing glaringly broken. In my lifetime, it’s the best holiday inn I’ve stayed in. Additionally some great Italian and polish restaurants nearby and 20-minutes from airport (safe to walk).
