  I had to book a room last minute after a flight cancellation and this hotel was a great choice! Maryam at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, which I appreciated after a really long day. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was refreshing. Overall a great experience!

  My husband and I stayed here in November for a short weekend trip. Our room was amazing! Spacious, clean, and the bathroom was also really nice. The employees were super nice and very helpful, and allowed us to check in early without any issues. The hot breakfast was also good.

  I got a room so I could have somewhere to sleep in because there's people coming into my place tomorrow at 8 am, it would have been REALLY nice to know these stupid alarms set off at 6 in the morning and are impossible to turn off unless you unplug the entire device. God forbid I want to sleep, ruined the entire point and wasted our money, who does this to people?

  The hotel reception staff: Mr. Kashif and Ms. Maryam were outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they took the time to answer all my questions with a friendly attitude. Anytime I needed assistance, they were attentive and efficient, always making me feel valued as a guest. Their excellent customer service truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  This hotel earned all 5. I travel frequently for work, often internationally, so my experience is fairly broad. Three-star hotels can be iffy, but this property is truly a delight. (If you need to be right on the edge of O’Hare Airport this is a bit out of your way; 15 min east). If you don’t need that, this is an excellent property and overall location. From the smiles and warmth of staff upon checkin to the cleanliness of rooms, lobby and breakfast area, I’m giving this hotel five stars. What I see is a combination of the appropriate financial investment by Holiday Inn providing modern, quality environments and the conscientious, intentional attention by staff both to guests and property - that doesn’t always happen. All the details you want to know about the room, the Keurig, the bed, the blackout blinds, the bathroom, the internet, etc are all “yes”. It’s kind of like someone who has actually traveled gave them the “I wish they had…” list. Enjoy a five star stay at this three star hotel. 😁
