Check-in process was smooth, parking was included and easy access to entryways, minutes from downtown, room was clean, pool heated and clean and breakfast was great! Thank you Suchi and the hotel staff for help making me and my children’s first trip to Chicago pleasurable.

The included breakfast is very good. A real plus is that every staff member I met at the desk or elsewhere was very pleasant. Rather surprising for a Chicago suburb. So I would rate this five over five, and would stay there again.
- SLSusan Lyons-WadeNov 2, 20255.0Stayed here 2 nights for a Halloween Creep Cast Live show at Copernicus Center, which is only about 12-15 minutes down the road. King Standard room on 3rd floor. This hotel is in a quiet area (across from a police station) away from the more high traffic areas, which we liked. Drove in from a few states away & arrived at 3am the first night of our reservation, which was no problem for check-in. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was super comfy, the variety of pillows were a mix of down feather and medium-fill cotton (on the thinner side). No adjoining room. Room door had deadbolt and metal- flap stop lock which only allows door to be opened a crack, if you choose. Mini coffee station and microwave above a mini fridge. Separate chaise seat to the side, as well as computer desk area with touch lamp. Bathroom was spacious, walk-in shower was huge, water pressure was medium-decent. Bathroom mirror had built-in LED light frame. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was included and it was also very well done, lots of food, very clean, plenty of seating.
