The Trail of Hope represents the route thousands of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints took as they fled persecution, leaving behind their homes and belongings in Nauvoo. Running along Parley Street from Granger Street to the Mississippi River, these Saints then crossed the river and then faced the dangers of the unsettled West before migrating to the the Rocky Mountains.
The experience was incredibly moving. Arrive and get in line early…early early. The vignettes are well performed. Even the little kids in our group were quiet and played attention!
