- DBDeborah BrackenJul 31, 20245.0Step back in time and visit Historic Nauvoo! Our family had so much fun! This is a very interactive and FREE experience. Try your hand at making rope, see if you could make a barrel the old-fashioned way, play pioneer kids games, take a wagon ride, and even more! There's singing groups wandering around and live shows to enjoy. This is high quality talent. My kids compared it to Disneyland. There are special shows during the summer with a family event beforehand-also all free. The activities at the family event were so so much fun! We felt so good being here. Leave the world behind and come to Nauvoo!
