We stayed one night passing through. Breakfast was good but needed refills juice was almost out as well as yogurt and food needed to be refilled. The coffee was low as well. People were smoking in rooms even though there were signs everywhere.

My husband and I stopped here late last night. We were exhausted from driving for hours in the worst weather ever and couldn't care less where we stayed. It was right off the highway so we thought why not. This place was so clean, the staff were great, and they had a great selection for breakfast! Every person I walked past greated me with a smile and while we were checking out they were cleaning everything. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at and if I need to I will 100% stay here again.

My wife and I stopped in for 1 night. We did not have a reservation. To me this hotel is a 5!star hotel for these reasons: I was treated with a smile! The room and hotel are very clean. Staff were helpful when we needed something. The rate was very good for the this type of hotel. They also serve a nice hot breakfast. What else can you ask for when traveling.

I don't normally leave reviews. I stay in hotels all the time for my job, and this is the worst experience I've had since I started unfortunately. This hotel needs deep cleaned from top to bottom. The entire second floor smells like old cigarette smoke. There is no elevator so be prepared to drag your luggage upstairs if you're not on the first floor. The receptionist when I checked in at 8 or 9 pm had some attitude and was not very friendly. And my room had either bed bugs or fleas. I unfortunately did not notice this until the next morning, when I woke up with my arms covered in bites. I checked out immediately. The gentleman who was there in the morning was very prompt in getting me checked out and told me he was sorry I experienced that. I'd recommend staying in Mt. Vernon. More options for everything (hotels, meals, etc).
