Yesterday, I went to double check to ensure everything was ready to go when to my surprise I saw the hotel canceled our reservation WITHOUT NOTIFYING US!! When I called to figure out what happened, I was simply told that the cancellation had to be on our end but we never canceled it!! No explanation could be provided. Incredibly frustrating, especially since this trip was meant for our anniversary. Would not recommend staying here always double-check your reservations so this doesn’t happen to you.

She helped me correct my booking mistake all to my advantage and comfort (rather than telling the customer to "make do," as most other hotels would advise). Let me add that the view over the Riverwalk is very lovely, if you can score one of these options, and that the rooms are perfectly cleaned and very modern. Not a single "dated" fixture in this place. Dozens upon dozens of dining options nearby. Worth the stay, and I'd say worth the expense too, but I don't find it very costly for what you get. Wonderful hotel, great employees.
