  We have been visiting this Hotel Indigo since they opened nine years ago. It is in the best location for visiting Naperville as it is downtown near restaurants and is directly adjacent to the Riverwalk. We enjoy parking our car in the attached garage and then just spending a couple days walking around the downtown eating and shopping. The hotel staff are consistently professional and many have been with the hotel for a number of years. The bathrooms in the rooms are beautiful and spacious. We appreciate the comfy beds and the phenomenal pillows. We are grateful to have the Indigo as our home away from home when we visit Naperville.

  I stay at this hotel every month… for one week… I have choices but choose this hotel always! Sometimes cheaper options…savings no worth it at other places… still choose Indigo Naperville as it is highest quality and best all around. The executive management, front desk staff, bar/breakfast staff are all excellent and could not be any better!!! BTW the location, the parking, the discount on restaurants nearby (all walking distance) are additional benefits!

  Highly Priced hotel without basic amenities. only pro - Location very close the downtown. Many CONS - No free breakfast. No Smart TV in the room (we are in 2026 lol) No microwave in the room Value for price is negative. if someone is paying for your stay then book for the location. if you are paying out of packet then big NO.

  ★★★★★ An Exceptional Home Away From Home During one of the most emotional seasons of our lives — when our mom moved into a nursing home — Hotel Indigo Naperville became a true safe haven and a comforting home away from home. The entire staff is simply outstanding. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar, to maintenance and housekeeping, everyone has been overwhelmingly welcoming and consistently provides top-notch service. There are honestly too many wonderful people to name, but our heartfelt thanks go to James, Alondra, Lauren, Edwin, Michael, Ashley, Sherri, Taylor, Colleen, Tammy, Debbie, and so many others who made us feel genuinely cared for every single stay. The rooms are spotless, beautifully maintained, and the beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable — exactly what you hope for when you truly need rest and peace of mind. As part of the IHG family, we reached Platinum status very quickly, which has been such a value. We’ve enjoyed complimentary upgrades when available, a delicious daily breakfast (a $50 value), and points that can be used for free nights at IHG properties. We even used our points for a long weekend stay at The Journeyman Hotel in Milwaukee, which was wonderful as well. Additional perks like the Riverwalk Amenity Card — offering discounts and complimentary items at many excellent local restaurants and shops — are a thoughtful bonus. Lastly, the downtown Naperville location is second to none. Everything is within walking distance, and the historic Riverwalk is pure joy to walk along — especially in the fall. Hotel Indigo Naperville isn’t just a hotel. It’s a place of warmth, care, and consistency — and for us, it will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
