Room clean sheets, spotless room smell Gray, which is very important to me. I will stay there again when I visit my nieces and nephews

His response? “My manager won’t be in tomorrow.” Okay, fair—it was the middle of the night. But then came the comedy routine. He said “Give me 10 minutes.” I waited over an hour. Nothing. I followed up—“10 more minutes.” When I finally reached him, he wasn’t even in the building. Then he said “I can get back with you tomorrow or the next day. I’m not really sure when.” That’s the response when a guest finds drugs in the room. Five days later, I finally spoke with the general manager—who hadn’t even been informed. Once I explained everything, he acted like he understood, then pulled a full DARVO maneuver: deny, attack, reverse victim and offender. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. Best Western claims to uphold “a commitment to guest safety and professional service.” This experience was the opposite. No urgency. No protocol. No respect. I’m posting this to warn others and to urge Best Western corporate to investigate how this location handles serious safety concerns. Because if this is the standard, something’s seriously broken.
- JJJayplNov 3, 20251.0Room did not match the pictures it was an okay price. we had to give them an extra 100$ for the deposit they said they would give us in the morning then they said the room was messy but nothing was broken or damaged so they only gave us 10$ back instead of the full 100$
