  1) The bathrooms could use a little TLC because the floor is crumbling but other than that, the room was great. The room was clean and comfortable. 2) Ren! It was such a pleasure talking to him this morning and watching him work. I have never seen such hospitality in hotel. Think Disney World level hospitality and care. He was making sure everyone had what they needed, keeping the place clean, and greeting everyone with his warm personality. Give this guy a raise or a promotion! He’s amazing! 3) The guy at the front desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. 4) The indoor pool was nice and warm. 5) There is one washer and dryer on site. $2 a load, quarters only.

  I’ll start with the positive review…the guy who works the breakfast is the best part of your hotel. Super nice and had everything stocked and kept it clean. Now the negative review…this hotel has a weird air pressure issue that makes an ungodly whistling sound all day and night. It sounds like the ghost of a child screaming and it seems to happen when someone opens a door on the 1st floor. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this wind tunnel effect makes this location extremely annoying.

  I cannot say anything bad about this hotel rooms were clean bads and bedding were comfy and shower was amazing! The best part about our stay was Ren he made our day at breakfast which by the way has so many choices from hot breakfast to on the go I recommend the cinnamon rolls and veggie egg white omelette ut Ren kept everything fresh helped the elderly laughed and joked with everyone I felt like he thoroughly enjoyed his job! We will definitely be stopping here again!

  We dont normally stay at holiday Inn but decided to give it chance while traveling through. The hotel itself was okay and clean the room was nice and lots of space but the stay itself was miserable. The AC was not working at all. It was so hot and so uncomfortable. We asked about it and we got a different excuse more than once and they just moved us to a different room and it was worse. We heard other guest complaining as well and front desk girl just brushed it off like it was nothing. Honestly they should of been open and honest about it before people checked in. Definitely will make it hard to ever choose to stay at a holiday Inn again.

  Car broke down here on a Sunday heading to Florida. Dealership wasn't open until Monday so we needed to wait. Erica at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She was very sweet, patient with my questions and got us in our room hours early! She also got us a late check out which we didn't end up needing. I cannot stress how much Erica changed my day!! Hotel was clean, plenty of room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Again..... thank you to Erica!! 2nd stay on the way home (3 weeks later)! The 1st room we were given was very hot and air conditioner wouldn't cool it down. I had asked to switch rooms....Reeves was on it so fast! She was a Rockstar! She was so AMAZING! She got us a new room close to where we were so transferring our stuff was a breeze. Bed was very comfy, room clean, thank you! This place is doing something right, their employees are WONDERFUL! Shout out again to Erica and Reeves!
