  Specifically to the gentleman working the kitchen, thank you for your hospitality and customer service. I travel for work and stay for weeks in hotels at various locations around the world. My stayed was highlighted by the effort given to the continental breakfast provided by the hotel chain. The area was clean and prepared for guests. Food was cooked and served to perfection. The breakfast staff were attentive to the needs of guests. And this is a chain hotel continental breakfast! This attention to detail was outstanding!

  Let’s start with the good. The location is great and parking was easy. Breakfast was good (not the omelet it was frozen and awful) and the gym was nice. The room was nice and had a coffee maker. The down side, there is a draft that sweeps across the first floor each time the front door is opened. It causes all the doors to rattle and wind whistled under the door. Every single time. I asked the front desk about it and they said putting a towel under the door would stop it (it did not) and having to put a towel under a door to stop a noise is ridiculous. I slept 1.7 hours according to my watch. I could have slept in my car and it would have been better. There are a lot of hotels in that area and they’ll have my business next time I come through.

  2/17-2/18/2026 Terrible overnight stay. If you can’t avoid staying here at least avoid room 322. Our AC wasn’t working in our room. When I reported this to the front desk the “person” I spoke with said the Fan had been turned off and that they had reactivated it. I told them that I could feel air coming from the vents but it wasn’t cold or cooling the room. They were very dismissive of me and insisted that the fan was the only problem. The room temperature dropped from 75 to 74 before we went to bed and hoped it would continue cooling. My wife and I woke up hot several times during the night and discovered the temperature had risen to 78 degrees. We prefer to sleep at 67 degrees. Unfortunately the same person was not at the desk the next morning to confront. The guys were very apologetic but could only compensate us $20 for our very uncomfortable night. So be sure to test your HVAC system and don’t take any crap from the front desk if it’s not working. This property had just undergone a light refresh but my 5 year old could have caulked the shower stall better.
