Our stay at this Holiday Inn & Suites was exceptional, mainly because of how clean it was. It’s been years since we stayed at a hotel that has felt this clean. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with the cleanliness that I had to give a compliment. Great job Holiday Inn & suites of Mt Vernon!

In fact, her and her co worker made a point to make eye contact and then ignore my family for a few minutes before saying “checking in?” She proceeded to treat another couple with the same cold shoulder when I returned to ask for towels. After locating our room, we were extremely disappointed. I have a few photos and a video to show the peeling paint, broken bathroom door, broken wall molding, and though I couldn’t show it via photo, we had a room with a broken thermostat that could not cool or heat above or below 74 degrees. I very much mind the attitude and below standard conditions when I’m spending my money on accommodations for my family.
