I've stayed here before almost 3 years ago and the staff was amazing. Coming back into town for a funeral and as miserable as I already was, I was not treated appropriately upon check in and then same with housekeeping. Angie from housekeeping was so disgustingly rude. We could hear her outside of our room,we were in 115 by the elevators and she was gossiping about her own staff and being very unprofessional. We opened the door and asked for more towels and she went and got them but then went right back to gossiping with a coworker and not working. I opened the door again and asked if they could move away from the door as I could hear them very clearly and after an eye roll they moved down a little bit but for the next 10 mins or so they just sat and talked badly about the hotel. When I came out the 3rd time I asked her name and she introduced herself as angie the housekeeping manager and put on a completely fake show for me as she could see I was upset and wanting to go to management. I was shocked to hear she was the manager. I wouldn't stay here again. They lost my business. To just stand around and not work while your other staff is running around like crazy and your not helping but in fact gossiping about them is just disheartening and I hope the staff isn't treated the way she was speaking about them. I don't know what happened to the old staff but I can bet this is the reason why most have left. The remodel alone wouldn't bring me back especially when I'm hearing the housekeeping manager say she doesn't care how rooms get clean as long as they are done. That just sounds to me like she doesn't change the sheets and from what I was told from a sister hotel of there she has been caught previously not changing sheets before she was promoted and that's another shock to me. If you're not changing the sheets then you shouldn't have a job. I think the higher ups should be checking her work too. It's not hard to see if she's changing her bedding and actually doing her job. Managers help in rooms too and from what I heard from the horses mouth she gets paid to walk around and talk all day. Must be nice. My GM would have her fired in a heartbeat. Not good for business at all I felt like I was in highschool again and not in town for a funeral. Do better with your hiring and promoting.

Everything is great! I just think that employees need to be treated better. The rights one in the right positions & the wrong ones taken out & put back down to their starting- including GMS! The ones who bust their asses are the ones needing promoted and paid not the lazy ones 🙃

This is such a beautiful place to stay. Quiet even though right beside the airport you can't hear the planes take off or land. Super clean, the front desk girls are super sweet.
