I called the hotel to see if they can verify the key and push it through and they couldn’t. But I booked right before another room and it worked right away. After 30 minutes I gave up and called customer service, no help. Told me I’m an idiot basically and said to turn my iPhone off and on and it’ll work. Nope it didn’t. I had to rebook another room and boom worked right away. Crazy how that works and all of this could’ve been prevented if the person at the front desk would’ve pushed it through. I have booked multiple hotels under my name and a guest and have never had a problem before.

The party room was perfect, the rooms we stayed in after were clean and well kept, beds were comfortable. I don’t think I have a single complaint from my time here. I highly recommend Hampton inn & Suites for your party needs or just to stay and relax!
