  Is a fine hotel to get a nights rest. Rooms could’ve been cleaner. Seemed clean enough but some stains on the walls and dirt on the carpet. There was a stain on the mattress cover that looked like blood- but was covered by the fitted sheet. Soap/shampoo/conditioner seemed very cheap. No pool or hot tub which was advertised on the booking website- although I had seen this in other reviews so I was not surprised. I also got a notice after booking that the hotel has no elevator so first floor request had to be made at the time of booking. I didn’t require that but seems like something that should be clearly stated on the booking website. Hopefully they are accommodating to guests that were unaware before confirming and paying for a room. Front desk guy was pretty nice. There was also a sheet in the room with the managers number asking you to call or text if you required something. We didn’t feel the need to contact them but from that it seems the manager cares about guests and the quality of their stay which is great.

  I recently stayed here for a wedding I attended, the hotel is clean, it does not smell. The rooms were also very clean. The pool was not working but I really didnt plan on swimming so that was not an issue for me. The beds weren’t the greatest but they did the job. I will say this, compared to the other two hotels very near by this one is by far the best one. The location isn’t the greatest however I felt safe. I wouldn’t rate this hotel a 5 star but it’s definitely not a 2 start either. The gentleman working the front desk was very polite. If you want clean and a more upscale hotel- stay at the residence inn about 7-8 min up the road. Most of our family stayed at that hotel and it was very nice but also more expensive per night.

  The room was good for the cost. Based on other reviews, I don't think the pool is ever open, really. It was closed when I arrived. No big deal for me but be aware. The place was in decent shape, the room was fine and the cost was damn good. This is decent place to stay at a good price. There are other crappy hotels nearby but I'd for sure stay here again. My biggest complaint? No brewed coffee. Best Western has taken to using coffee concentrate but they usually have some actual brewed coffee in the morning. Not so this place.

  DEPOSIT SCAM! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I'm currently in this hotel. That being the case, I got a room for the night. I went to get my bags and was FOLLOWED to my room. Super creepy. The guy had "brought towels," saying that they had forgot to put them in the room. He proceeded to ENTER MY ROOM! Instead of just handing them to me, which is what they're trained to do. [AT NO POINT SHOULD STAFF GO INTO A ROOM WHILE A CUSTOMER IS INSIDE. IT'S LITERALLY TAUGHT AS A SAFETY FOR THE EMPLOYEES!] While I took my bags inside, he moved to the bathroom area. He was there for a couple of minutes, which is weird as hell. He left, and maybe an hour or so later, I used the bathroom. THAT DUDE PUT ASHES IN MY SINK! HE PLANTED CIGARETTE ASHES IN THE SINK!!!! I only noticed because they tumbled down when the water splashed up. UNFOLD ALL YOUR TOWELS! WASH THE SINK! CHECK! YOUR! ROOMS! I'm lucky to have caught that! I am upset that the water washed the ashes away, and I wasn't able to get a picture of it. I was going to write a nice review, but after that, absolutely not.

  Worst Service Hotel ever in my life, the Manager not respectful, we have a medical issue and even we have send the cancellation request and they received, the hotel decided to fully charge me, even I did not was able to arrive to the medical issues. Amazing the disrespectul the Manager was. We try to escalate and he insist he is the top authorithy he decided per the policy which I can't believe after request cancellation and have the evidence 1 day prior to the check in they still decided to ignore it, proceed to fully charge me.
