  Location was right off the interstate and close to restaurant and shopping. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were mostly friendly. Would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

  My request to vacuum my room did not happen. Generally clean, but the carpet is not clean.

  Have stayed here several times. Staff is great, Vicky was more than helpful with an issue, appreciate the personal interaction over other hotels I've stayed at where you just get a more robotic response from the staff

  Would happily leave a 5-star hotel review. This is our third year of staying at this hotel for our vacation in Illinois. From start to finish, the hotel management made us feel at home. Everything went smoothly and felt easy. Special mention and thanks to Mr. Edgar, who was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Free continental breakfast and very delicious coffee ☕️. The place is wonderful! The environment is friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel feels brand new. Slept like a baby. Excellent choice for anyone seeking style and comfort. Plenty of free parking spots. Really enjoyable experience! Super comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and gorgeous decor. The team was kind and usually smiling. They seemed really interested in making the visit satisfying. This hotel met all my expectations. Clean, quiet, and well-staffed. I had a really good time and felt completely relaxed. Location was great and very convenient for our business and leisure plans. The overall experience was excellent.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Called hotel on 3/27 to check if pool was good and to see if there were rooms available.They said there was availability and that the pool is good to go. We have our 8 year old grand daughter and our 2 daughters with us, so we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. We showed up to the hotel, got dinner, then went to the pool. No lights in the pool room and the pool water was freezing! Went to the front desk to tell them. They informed us that the pool is down and the maintenance man did not come in to work on it. They said that the pool may be available the next day! I pleaded my case with them and told them what happened! Of course, there was nothing they could do! They outright lied to us! The next day comes, guess what? Pool down and no maintenance person!! This place is an absolute scam! There corporate offices are the same! We are out $680 !! The second day, we went to a real hotel with a real pool! I wasn’t going to take a chance and stay at a place where they said that the pool would be down and they didn’t know when it would be up again! We spoke to other people that stayed and they were also outraged! I’m not done fighting this! Not by a long shot! Lying to make a buck is scummy!
