- PPPam Perkins6 days ago5.0Great hotel! The man on duty greeted us as soon as we walked through the front door to check in and was very quick to get us signed in and to our room. Our King Suite with a jetted tub was fabulous, very clean and spacious with a super comfortable bed, XL pillows, nice bedding, and a large TV. The pool area is very nice and the hot tub was a welcome end to a long day on the road. Their breakfast was superb, with both hot and cold items available and including those delicious warm cinnamon rolls. The breakfast attendant even thanked us for having breakfast with her! The day manager approached us when we were enjoying our delicious breakfast to thank us for staying with them. The entire staff was very friendly and everything about this hotel was fantastic! We will be back!

I stayed right before Christmas 2025 and immediately upon entering my room saw 6+ stink bugs coming from behind the artwork and headboard. Front desk guy was very nice although he brushed off the bugs with a laugh, so apparently this is not unusual. We moved rooms but by the time we got settled and noticed bugs as we were falling asleep, we were too tired to move again. We were also traveling for a family medical emergency so did not need the additional stress Breakfast was also bland but fine for being included. Rooms were poorly maintained (painting over things that should have been repaired) and dated but would've been fine without the bug issue

Showers have really good pressure and a supply really good shampoo and conditioner and soaps and things. The complementary breakfast is outstanding, including eggs, bacon biscuits, gravy, pancake cakes, and a lot more I can’t even mention at all. It’s so good and it’s totally free. Also, it’s very conveniently located to the downtown here casino! Poly recommend this place if you’re staying in this area!!

- DDDawnDec 22, 20255.0I'm so glad I decided to take a chance on this hotel. For the price, it was well worth it. ABOVE expectations! Pros: The location is right off of the highway and a major road, but it's back in the cut so you may not notice it. This is great because there's not a lot of noise from traffic, but it's easy to get to and close to gas and places to eat. The staff were outstanding! Attentive, knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile. The breakfast was hearty, hot, and tasty with lots of options! The general appearance is modern and clean. The rooms remind me of being more on the European sized, but clean with everything you might need. Bed was comfortable. Definitely not what you would expect from an "Express" brand. Cons: I'm a stickler for clean floors so the first thing that I noticed when I checked in late was that the hall leading to the elevator desperately needed vacuuming. The floor that my room was on was in a similar condition. I attribute this to staffing issues because it is something that I'm noticing more often when I travel. Again, something that I can't help noticing. Because I tend to be a heavy sleeper, this didn't bother me as much, but my room heater was much noisier than it should have been. Were I a lighter sleeper, I would not have rested well. Overall, I really have no complaints. I look forward to staying here again.
