The rooms are very dated. Stained carpet front desk young girl not very friendly. Beds not very comfortable. It smells like bug spray throughout the hotel.

Showed up for them to tell us their pool was broken. So we said no thank you since the kids were already excited for swimming. We went to a different hotel, and they still tried to charge my card. Couldnt contact support, and AI answers their front desk phone. Dont do business with these people.

Front desk workers and room cleaning lady were very nice, but the lady working the free breakfast warned me not to take too much food before I had taken anything at all. It felt unnecessarily confrontational. She then proceeded to say "I'm not being rude. Other people want some too." I was standing there with an empty plate, very confused. The interaction made the experience here very uncomfortable.

Bed was hard, TV has problems with remote for on/off and volume, work chair has one armrest, this is a run down Holiday Inn Express. You can just look around and everything is worn looking. On the good side plenty of hot water.

This place needs some TLC. The thermostat was broken. The TV set up was wierd and didn't work well. Pool was out of commission. The shower had good water pressure but not great craftsmanship on the shower installation panels. Wierd stains on the carpet. I HG put this on your list for a remodel. Wall a little thin - noisy. The staff was great, breakfast was great. Been 10 ten this month. This one was at the bottom of the list.
