But, that being said they did not tell us untill we booked that the hotel was closed for maintenance, which is kinda the whole reason we booked THIS hotel... But thats not the biggest i understand thungs can happen. But, the service was not bad but not good at all either. We asked fir an extra pillow and the lady at the front desk said. "I dont know where they are but im sure their somewhere ". Like miss girl you work here.. even if it was your first day i think that like one of the moat asked questions. Anyway she aaid she would hunt one down and brijg it too us... That never happened! Also the roomes need updated but at least they were clean and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. Overall it was an okay stay!

- CECindy EadyDec 8, 20254.0We had a surprisingly nice experience! Disclaimer I don’t expect too much from hotels anymore unfortunately. But the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast is really what’s calling for the 5 stars. My jaw dropped when I saw the breakfast, I was overly impressed by how full and delicious everything looked in there! The woman who made breakfast was chatting with us and was sooo kind! You can tell she really cares about her job and also loves it! I would imagine why the food was good! Only thing I would say is that the pool was very questionable. You unfortunately can’t miss all the random things floating in the pool. The hot tub did not look like that but we we were told a mixture of things like the jets don’t work, and then that it just doesn’t get hot at all (even though we were told by a staff member it did), and that there wasn’t intentions of getting it fixed. It is a shame because traveling in certain areas there’s not much to do, I always appreciate a clean pool/hot tub to spend my time, especially if I have the kiddos with me. If time was spent in cleaning up the pool area and some detailed cleaning around the hotel (which no hotel seems to do unfortunately), it would be the perfect stay.
